Quinnie was an amazing realtor from the start of my experience to the very moment I got my keys. I am a first time homebuyer and with the current market favoring sellers, it was a bit intimidating. However, with Quinnie’s reassurance and consistently keeping me informed I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Before I started browsing houses she sat me down to discuss everything I wanted in a house and that’s all it took. She managed to find multiple houses in the area that I wanted and in the price range I wanted. I work later hours so she was flexible with the showings as well which I feel can be hard with some realtors. After we found the house I wanted she advised on a price to bid to ensure I won the house and sure enough I did! We were even able to close escrow in under 21 days!! I plan to buy a second house and even an investment property down the road and she will be my realtor through it all. Thanks Quinnie for an amazing experience I will be referring you to all my peers!
