Rachael Blatt

Rachael Blatt is a native Atlantan who graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance. She spent the first half of her professional career in the commercial real estate spectrum with specialties in construction financing and commercial mortgage-backed securities. After leaving the profession as a vice president with a top financial institute in Philadelphia, she decided to return to Atlanta to specialize in residential real estate and pursue her passion of matching clients with their perfect forever homes. Rachael enjoys collaborating with buyers making their first steps into homeownership, relocation clients learning Atlanta for the first time and clients simply looking to change neighborhoods within their favorite city. She lives in Buckhead and specializes in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Druid Hills, Morningside, Midtown, Kirkwood and Smyrna. As a resident on her fifth home in Atlanta, she says it is an occupational hazard to love each neighborhood and its uniqueness. Rachael has proven herself through multiple years of membership in the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers, as well as continued repeat clients. When Rachael isn't at work, she is either renovating historic homes or enjoying an adventure day with her son, Aiden, and their cocker spaniel, Stanley.
