Rachael Hand

Rachael spent many years in Global Relocation where her love for assisting clients in transition was cultivated. She enjoys sharing with international and local clients her appreciation of the Bay Area; from the amazing beauty of Mt Diablo to the fun of hiking, biking, and incredible restaurants we have. She also loves to negotiate for the best interest of her clients with a belief that she is a steward of her client's assets. With her 10 years of experience in marketing and in the entertainment industry, Rachael has been able to apply these skills to successfully market and sell homes. She is always technically “plugged in” with a desire to communicate in the best medium for her client.
Rachael has her Master of Real Estate and has been honored every year as Diablo Magazine’s 5-Star Professional since 2013. She was CCRIM’s, the marketing association, and Realtor of the Year for 2014. She continues her education to stay on top of issues that are prevalent in the industry.
Rachael believes in volunteering her time when she sees a need that she can fill. She served on the Board of Directors for the Contra Costa Association of Realtors from 2012 to 2020 and as the President in 2019. She also serves with the California Association of Realtors Board of Directors since 2015. She is still involved in several committees that give the members of CCAR a better experience with the Association and with the technology that comes with membership.
Rachael relaunched Helping Hands, the benevolent fund for the real estate community in 2011 and grew it into a fund that is well-known and has helped many people in need. In her spare time, when she has some, she loves to cycle and sing harmony in a band, and sometimes you’ll hear her singing while cycling. Rachael also has an adult daughter, Alyssa, who is a shining light in her life.
