Originally born and raised in Scotland, UK, Rachael has been in the DC Washington-Metro-Area for over 10 years. Rachael brings a strong background in Residential Development and Property Management, where she managed a Commercial portfolio in the UK since 2003 with a few ongoing projects currently. Being the Entrepreneur that she is, Rachael also started a successful Recruitment company in 1994 which she sold in 2009, before moving to Washington DC.

Rachael offers in-depth business acumen, which proves to be a first-class asset in handling real estate on behalf of her clients. She is highly skilled in sales negotiation, management, financial operations, and marketing.
