Rachael was wonderful for our our big family move. It was very emotional saying goodbye to a home that we raised our three boys in, but it was time for us and Rachael was there to help with whatever we needed. First she helped us get the home ready for sale and marketed it to a large Global audience! Then with her correct pricing and sensible negotiations with the buyers we got the best deal that worked for all. Her staging of our home was so amazing we almost had second thoughts about selling! Most importantly like any business deals things come up that needed an immediate and personal solution and Rachael provided it. We are a family of 5, twin boys, mom, dad and grandma and we are not from the area. We are planning to move to Bellevue in around 2 years from now and we enlisted Rachael to find us a house/land so that we can start building our next home. Not being from the region, we had plenty of wrong assumptions and our knowledge of the various neighborhoods was lacking. Within a few meetings on the phone and in person, Rachael was able to educate us and to orient us to some neighborhoods that would fit our lifestyle. In the particular neighborhood we wanted to target there were not that many properties fitting our criteria, so Rachael helped us do a mail campaign to potential properties and she helped us navigate the off market options. We ended up convincing an off market seller. The property in question is well located, but the land is challenging, so Rachael did manage to convince a great builder to do the feasibility study on a very short notice. This study went so well that we decided to move forward with this specific builder. In the end, Rachael helped us find a great location and she did everything by sharing here knowledge and her contacts to allow us to start our next big family project.
