Rachel Carr

Real estate transactions can be stressful but they don’t have to be! Headed by Rachel and Scott Carr, we are a boutique firm, working full-time to ensure you get the very best service, advice and experience!

Rachel is a graduate of UMD with a BA and Masters in psychology. She LOVES helping people buy and sell properties, supporting and advocating for them throughout the process.

Scott is also alumni of UMD and Loyola University of Maryland, with a BA and MBA. Scott has over 20 years of executive experience in residential and commercial construction, solar, green home and electrical.

Together they have expertise at ALL levels of real estate, negotiations, and investment.
