It was such a wonderful experience working with Rachel! I worked with her on buying my first home and she was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She responds quickly and always made sure I understood everything that was going on. I was able to close on my house in only three weeks! I had heard many horror stories about how confusing purchasing a home could be and as a first time home buyer I was very nervous. Rachel was a rock star, she was one phone call away for any questions throughout the entire process and often answered questions before I even had to ask. Rachel fought for us to get us the best deal and was not afraid to ask for everything from the seller. She took the time to hear our wants and needs in a home and helped us look at many homes till we found the home that was just right for us. She even followed up a few weeks after the purchase to see how we were settling in. This was our first home and will be an investment home that we plan on keeping as a rental in the future. We will be sure to use Delavan Realty for future investment home purchases and our future forever home as well. I would give Rachel a six star review if I could.
