About Rachel

A resident of the Pensacola and Perdido Key community for 35 years, Rachel is very well-versed in the local real estate market. After spending 19 years in retail management, she followed her passion for helping people realize their dreams of home ownership.

For the past 20 years, Rachel has helped her clients with the purchase and sale of condominiums, single-family homes, townhomes, and investment real estate. Licensed in both Fl and Al her knowledge ranges from Navarre Beach Fl to Gulf Shores Al and all lands in between! Before landing at Levin Rinke Realty, Rachel started her real estate career selling single-family homes. After moving to the Perdido Key area became one of the top realtors involved in the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club and Marina projects on Perdido Key. She gained extensive knowledge of the luxury, pre-construction condominium market. From there went on to work with the #1 Real Estate company on Perdido Key.

Rachel is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, and Florida Association of Realtors®, and is past Chairman of the Community Relations Committee of the Pensacola Association of Realtors®. Her designations included ‘Seniors Real Estate Specialist’ as well as ‘Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.’

She has lived on the Gulf of Mexico her entire life, and currently resides with her husband Tim on Perdido Bay and enjoys an active lifestyle of boating, kayaking, cycling, and beach combing.

Their son Matthew Solomon is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Elise reside in Cincinnati OH where she is at the Taft Museum of Art following a 10-year career at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
