Rachel Nation is a second generation Austinite and a graduate of Rice University (BA & BFA) and earned her MIS from the University of Texas, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, Dean’s List and President’s Honor Roll all semesters.

From day one she has always looked for opportunities to learn more and work hard. After fifteen years in the technology world, Rachel returned to her family’s roots—real estate. She brings eighteen years of experience as a Realtor / Broker to the table and has built her reputation on personal service. She fosters open relationships with her clients providing personal attention, responsiveness, and a friendly "can-do" attitude.

She passionately serves as a Girl Scout mentor, and community garden volunteer, and works with home-bound seniors.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, hiking in West Texas, and biking and boating at the lake.
