For over 35 years, Rachel has been selling Real Estate on both coasts with the last 22 being in California. She came highly recommended 5yrs ago when I moved to CA and I bought a condo with her, then I sold that condo and bought a house with her this year. All 3 transactions went great. On both purchases, I would not have gotten the place if it hadn't been for her. With the condo, there was a problem with the original buyers and Rachel was the agent that got the call first to see if her people (my gf and I) were still interested. For the house, there was a slightly higher offer on the table and the selling agent chose to accept mine instead specifically because he felt better about working with Rachel than the other agent. Not only can she help you find a place, and maybe even help you get one you otherwise couldn't get, but she knows EVERYTHING. Roofers, contractors, inspectors, pest control, escrow... she's so experienced and well-connected that she can help connect you with trustworthy person who does quality work at every step of the way, no matter what you need. I closed on my house over 2 months ago and she still calls me sometimes just to see how my remodel is going and see if there's anything she can do to help. I highly doubt most realtors would do that. We have recommended her to both friends and family - all of whom have successfully purchased and sold homes under her real estate expertise. It is never a fun process, but Rachel is there every step of the way to make sure you know what's happening. The brokers and escrow companies she works with are wonderful and helpful all year around. We recently had a tax question on our rental property and the broker was happy to dig up information about our loan and speak directly to our tax person. She also has extensive remodeling knowledge and recommends who I think is the best contractor in town to help if your property needs a little extra care.
