About Rachel

After 10 years of teaching in the Issaquah School District, culminating in the isolation of community over Zoom, I realized that my skills of breaking down complicated tasks and making others feel heard and understood would be best utilized elsewhere. As a homeowner, I had used real estate as a tool to escape rising rents, provide stability, and build wealth. Thus, I decided to shift my mentoring focus to adults where I could fully share this experience with home buyers, sellers, and investors.

I like to think of myself as a Real Estate Matchmaker, pairing buyers to the right home and homes to the right buyers. I strive to move members of my community toward their home ownership dreams through education, effective communication, highly personalized negotiation, and professional partnerships.
