Rachel’s passion for real estate began with her love of interiors. She has a bachelor’s of fine arts degree in interior design with a specialization in sustainable design from the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design.
Her love for interior spaces naturally landed her in the real estate world, taking up home renovation as a “second full-time job” alongside her career as a professional commercial interior designer. On the residential side of design, she enjoys bringing older homes back to a state of beauty and modern functionality.
After six years of buying and selling real estate in Colorado, Rachel is now channeling her passion for design, renovation, and negotiation into helping her clients as a real estate agent. Her broad firsthand knowledge of the home buying and selling process gives her clients an edge in the extremely competitive Denver real estate market.
Additionally, Rachel’s experience as an interior designer supplies a huge bonus to her clients. She can walk buyers through a home and help them imagine what it could be. Whether by space planning a home’s furniture & functions or talking through large renovations, Rachel can tap into her knowledge of interior architecture, finishes, furniture, and construction to aid her clients. On the selling side, she excels at staging and preparing a home so when a buyer walks in, they at once fall in love.

When she’s not in the office, Rachel enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, and throwing pottery. She loves spending time with her husband Chris, their two fluffy dogs, Barley & Moose, and their curious cat, Moki. They live in Wheat Ridge, Colorado where they are currently renovating their 1940s brick ranch.
