I just purchased a home in Ocala, Florida. Since, to a certain extent-it’s a life-changing event and I’m skeptical by nature, I set about trying to find the best real estate agent I could find and wasn’t disappointed.

In fact, I was pleasantly rewarded and out of fairness-feel obligated to give credit where it’s due.

Rachid Mahdi was at all times courteous, patient and in lock-step with me throughout the entire process.

Very professional and detailed. I was working with three brokers including Rachid. I quickly realized that Rachid was helpful and was able to build a great relationship with him in terms of what I was looking for in a property. He had taken me out to over 10 properties based on the criteria I submitted. Rachid took his time to answer all of my questions and address multiple concerns. He was able to put together multiple listings and sites that we visited together. I was able to rely on his knowledge of the surrounding areas and expectations of the buying process. I was also given contact information for lenders and other pertinent information. It has taken me nearly two years to complete the home buying process and Rachid has been there every step of the way. I highly recommend his work ethic, enthusiasm, and knowledge in Real Estate. I look forward to using Rachid for future investments. You will be very pleased when you work with him and I am greatful.
