Rachna patiently worked with us for many months trying to find us the right home as we navigated ready to move in vs. building a new home options. With the decision to build a new home, we often relied on Rachna to help us with the process. Building from the ground up can be a daunting task. Rachna's style of working and her eye to detail helped us immensely. She laid out the complex steps into simple To-dos and nudged us to get it done within the timelines.
Her reminders were always gentle and to the point but never pushy which would have added to the stress of the home buyers.

I had worked with other agents in different parts of world but I found Rachna different from others. She is positive ,reliable, honest and well wisher . She wanted us to get what we were looking for. She had up to date and accurate information and was prompt with reminders . Taking interest in others project requires a friend's heart, which I saw in her. Best choice we ever made to have Rachna as our agent she was well versed with Ins and outs of selling a house, advised us all throughout the process from setting an attractive price point to making our house look more appealing.
