Extremely glad I was able to connect with Rocky on my last few commercial land deals. She was upfront that this was unfamiliar territory for her at the time but throughout the process I couldn't tell and think even she forgot this wasn't her niche, lol. She paid very close attention to details, asked all of the right questions, went above and beyond with research. I was in good hands and next thing I know, I was clear to close. You'd be hard pressed to find a better agent than Rocky.

Racqueal is diligent and sharp with her knowledge for the market. She catered to my needs and wants but also educated me on every house I viewed. Her closing time table is beyond amazing. Where do I begin? My entire process was stressful, but Rocky held it down for me! I would not have my home if it wasn't for her. She was patient and educated about the market, because she knew it was going to be a crazy ride. Competing with investors and higher paying buyers was a boxing match. I received failed offer after failed offer and I got a little discouraged. Rocky never gave up making sure I got what I wanted and told me to not get discouraged, but to have faith. Even having to isolate due to COVID-19, Rocky managed to handle our business in an efficient and timely manner. Rocky keeps it real (okay!) 100% and did not sugarcoat nothing. Many realtors want their commissions and genuinely don't care as long as an offer is made, but Rocky is a different breed of realtors. She made sure I liked each and every home. She provided resources that allowed me to make the best decision. She did not hesitate to educate me on the negatives in all scenarios. Lastly, she never stop including my Sheldon (wiener dog). I appreciate Rocky for all her hard work! If you are reading this review and need a realtor, Rocky is the right person for you!
