Racquel was born and raised in Orange County, specifically in the heart of Eastside Costa Mesa, allowing her to provide clients intimate firsthand knowledge of her hometown and the surrounding cities. More recently, she made the move to Long Beach and has already begun expanding her business to the city she now calls home. Her passion for real estate originated from years of work with Graystone Custom Builders, a local custom design and construction firm based in Newport Beach. This position provided her with a thorough understanding of the custom building process and the opportunity to work directly with numerous homeowners.

Racquel joined Compass in December 2017 and partnered with Annie Clougherty and her team. With a degree in Business Finance, five years in the building industry, and her local knowledge and connections, Racquel provides a unique, dynamic, and well-rounded approach to the sale or purchase of your home.
