About RAE

I am Rae Zhang from Northern China. I came to US in 1994 and founded an Imp/Exp company from scratch and had managed the business for nearly 20 years. We imported and wholesaled China-made commodities to the entire American Continent across North and South America plus various US colonies as well with a maximum annual turnover of nearly 10 million US dollars. When the Chinese economy took off in 2008 which brought costs for imports getting higher, I transitioned into real estate, personally bought and sold a few real estates including warehouse and residential homes. These practices accumulated a lot of practical experience for buying and selling commercial warehouse and residential house including owner-occupied houses, investment properties and vacation home sales in general. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be a complicated process, so I strive to work lending my insight in negotiations to ensure smooth transactions and overall successfully closing......something I do not take lightly.

In late 2016, I was fortunate to pass my 1st California real estate agent license exam and obtained the license, in early 2017 I joined Re/Max, using my experiences to serve home sellers and buyers. I was more fortunate to be awarded the Platinum Club by Re/Max International in the first year of my real estate career and every year since then, I was also recognized the 10 Best Real Estate Agent by American Institute of Real Estate Agents in the first year of my real estate career and the same honor for every year since then. I was even more fortunate to be awarded the Home of Fame agent and Chairman's Club agent by Re/Max International and The best of the best agent by American Institute of Real Estate Agents in the fourth year of my career.

But what I really take out of my career are the invaluable trade insights and relationships I make. During my 30 years of living in the United States, I have experienced the economic boom of the United States and an equally terrifying crisis. Hardship and understanding the dynamics of the economy have cultivated my ability to grasp complex situations, and I am very confident to protect you in the complex trading process to ensure your best interests. As much as I am passionate about my work, I like to think that I am passing off the baton to better hands. With every person I meet, I get the chance to hear stories of where they come from. It is truly a privilege to help them open a new chapter in their lives, and hope that I may be able to assist you in your real estate needs.
