When our family decided to sell our property, the market was hot and we knew we needed someone experienced who could help us through the process.
We conducted a lot of research in advance and interviewed many prospective sell-side agents. Raegan stood out because she was not only very knowledgeable but also conscientious. When we had the first meeting, she spent almost two hours with us. She made very detailed notes and comments on the property and offered fantastic advice when preparing the house for sale, making everything clear to us. Moreover, she gave us reassuring confidence when walking us through the strategy for promoting the property. She was a professional who wanted to listen, understand what we were trying to do, and then very objectively provide her insight.
I was quite impressed about the hard working of Raegan’s team. The delivered us the fantastic results. The property got every good exposure on the market in a very short period time and we got multiple good offers by the first weekend. Raegan had the expertise to walk us through the pro’s and con’s of each and identify where to negotiate and where to draw the line. With her help, we closed quickly without issue. Plus, we got more than we asked for.
Working with Raegan thorp and her team was absolutely a nice experience. I would highly recommend Raegan and her team to everyone.
