My husband and I were first time home buyers looking for a single family home in the east bay area. We were connected to Rahul in January 2021 by a mutual friend. Upon our first meeting, we were impressed at his knowledge of the local area, his honesty, and his responsiveness to calls and updates. He is very easy to talk to and we appreciated his attention to detail as we look for homes. Since we were first time home buyers, Rahul took the time to walk us through the home-buying process every step of the way. He was also very patient with us when we had many questions about the home buying process - He even provided us with books he had written that helped us understand the home buying process and journey better as first time home buyers. He was able to get tours scheduled quickly because of his great network. Because of Rahul, we were able to act quickly and get an amazing home in our most desired community. Even after the home buying process, he connected us to his team of contractors who helped us with upgrades we wished to do. Rahul was well organized and coordinated between the seller, seller's realtor, lender, and title making our jobs feel easier. We are thankful to have Rahul as our agent and look forward to working with him on future properties!

Rahul is the best realtor you can have, period.

Extremely detail oriented in every aspect of home buying and very diligent during the offer stages.

The best part is his existing relationships with other realtors, inspection guys, lenders and handymen which proved to be very beneficial to us. Very organized throughout the process, managing houses that we liked on the compass app and planning multiple home visits over the weekends at our convenience with pre-defined appointment sequence and maps for the day.

Made the whole process easy for us at every step without any delays. Rahul's knowledge and experience helped immensely. Super dedicated and clearly enjoys what he is doing. Very friendly, warm and humble. Thank you Rahul! So glad we got to know him!

I would highly recommend Rahul for any real estate transaction. He helped us buy our home in San Ramon. He guided us all through the process. He was on the top of every small detail/task and helped us close the transaction well within the time. His referrals (lending, home inspection etc.) were great and helped us save money during the process. We were worried about proceeding with the transaction as it was the beginning of the COVID epidemic but his honest data points and guidance helped us to decide and complete the purchase process. If I were to introduce Rahul to anyone in one line I'd say, "Rahul makes buying home easy", and believe me its not easy especially if you are first time buyers like us. Ever since we started looking for a house 6 months back, our eyes were set on the Golden View elementary school area in San Ramon and Rahul made sure that we got a great home in the same neighborhood. He negotiated a great deal for us, a large single story house for less than a million in an area where all houses are above million dollars. He got the seller to do all the section 1 work from the inspection reports and also got him to provide us a credit toward roof replacement. But more than his negotiation skills, I really admire the personal touch he gave throughout the process. He was there with us every time we visited the property, be it for inspection or general look around and he would stay with us for as long as we needed him, sometimes multiple hours. For someone who has always lived in an apartment till now, there are a whole lot of unknowns when you transition to an independent house. Rahul explained all the minuscule details about owning a house to us and we feel that we know a lot of stuff that we would probably have learned a few months down the line. His knowledge about house renovation is astonishing and it was crucial for us because that helped us a great deal in buying the right house looking at not just its current condition but also including what we would be paying 6 months down the line to make it as per our liking. To summarize, I'd highly recommend Rahul if you are buying, selling or even if just thinking of renovating.

Rahul is a professional and a master of his craft with a great attention to detail.
For first-time home buyers like my husband and I he has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
There are so many nuances and complexes in the home buying process but Rahul’s approach to driving clarity is commendable. His inputs and support were extremely helpful to us all along and here are a few things that made our first home buying experience stress-free.

•Professional – he listened to our needs, always gave us a heads up and explained what to expect in every step. He was quite flexible with timings and accommodated our requests on touring the property
•Honest feedback to buyers – this quality really sets him apart as he helped us see through the short-term and long-term benefits and trade-offs of every decision related to the property. It was almost impossible to go over every detail of the property during the home tour on our own and with Rahul, we had an extra pair of eyes getting us a more detailed view of things
•His team – We worked with the lender and title company proposed by him and it made the whole process easier as the individual teams were responsive and had a point of contact to always answer our questions
•Home inspection – His inspection of the house with us was very thorough. He negotiated a few important things to be fixed and to be paid for by the seller prior to handover

I highly recommend Rahul to anyone looking to buy a new home.

- Rahul helped us sell our Home which he helped us buy as-well. He knows the ins and outs of the various Bay Area neighborhood and helped us list our property at the right time for the right price. He is extremely hands-on, detail-oriented and has a strong grasp of what buyers are looking for. Rahul got the house ready for listing by personally being there when the property was staged and photographed.
