Raj Patel has been in real estate since 2000. Raj is a licensed broker in three states: Maryland, Virginia, and DC. Raj is the owner of IKON REALTY of Ashburn. From simple property to multi-unit investing to business buying and selling, he is an avid real estate investor. He loves brainstorming, problem solving and teaching. He maintains an in-depth current knowledge of the real estate market in Washington DC Metro Area.

Raj has directed the recruitment and retention of real estate agents by providing training, coaching, counseling agents concerning professional development. In 2006 Raj started his own real estate company and as of now grown into 45 plus agents. After starting successfully real estate company Raj started his own title company Loudoun Title.
