So after a very bad experience trying to buy a house in Stratford Connecticut, we tried again on another property and met Ralph Lewis. Ralph is straightforward honest and hard-working and we were able to close our deal in a timely manner.

Ralph knows the market in Fairfield County and will work hard on your behalf. In our case both the buyer and seller were happy that Ralph got the transaction done.

Selling a family owned home can be a very stressful time in your life. We found out that there is so much more to consider than first thought. Things like current market value, condition of the property, household amenities and so much more. Most of which is not obvious to a seller. Some small changes can play a major play a major part. We started searching for a qualified realtor my reading reviews and getting in contact with people who recently sold/bought property.
