Really competent and kind. He solved for me the big problem of finding and renting my ideal home in NYC. It is by no means easy to find a rental if you have just arrived in New York and do not have a credit score or a guarantor. Ralph solved all our problems. I highly recommend reaching out to him!

Ralph made finding our first NY apartment a smooth and easy process. He’s very communicative and reliable. When we didn’t get the first place we wanted, Ralph was quick to find another place that ticked all the boxes for our must haves. We had to do most of our search virtually, and Ralph does comprehensive video tours so you know what you’re getting. When we need to find our next place, I’ll be contacting Ralph again for his services and expertise.

I just want to say that Ralph is probably one the best Real Estate Agents I have ever worked with. Every time my lease is up I call him back up to help me find a new place to live. Every time he has found me a great apartment and a great deal! I don't know where I would be living without him and his help. 11/10.
