We are very fortunate to have found Ramesh to help us buy our house in 2020. We appreciated the support & expertise of Ramesh so much that when we decided to move out of state in 2022, we didn’t even give it a second thought on who we should work with to explore the options. Ramesh, as usual, not only met our very high expectations but even surpassed all of them by proactively running the numbers for us and sharing the pros/cons of renting vs selling. He also helped us understand why selling at that point may not be a good idea and how we could benefit from the 500K tax exemption if we sell it a few months down the road. Ramesh then created a detailed plan on when we move out of the house to when we list it and when we should close and worked his magic in making sure every aspect of the home sale process is in place in a record time.

We would recommend Ramesh to any one who is looking for a straight shooting, extremely knowledgeable & most importantly trustworthy & reliable realtor.

We have known Ramesh for some time. He was the seller agent for the first home we bought. Even though he wasn’t our agent he continued to keep in touch with us, help us out in the upkeep of our home as we were new home owners by providing recommendations and references as needed.
