BUYER REP: Rami represented us in the search for a new home in NJ in early 2022... remember how hard it was back then to find a house to buy! He sourced dozens of potential homes and undertook initial viewings on our behalf as we were located in California at the time. After a few missed opportunities, we found the EXACT home that we wanted and Rami negotiated on our behalf leading to us making a purchase at asking price (this was at a time when houses were being bought at 10-20% above list price) - we were very pleased indeed.
SELLER REP: Later in 2022, as the market was turning, Rami represented us in the sale of our apartment in Jersey City. After handling dozens of viewings and open houses, he secured a buyer and negotiated the sale in a contracting market when mortgages were getting harder to secure for buyers. We were so happy to close the sale when we did and would highly recommend Rami as the broker of choice whether buying or selling in the area.
RENTAL: Rami represented our apartment when we decided to rent it out as we had to move across the country - in the middle of Covid, Rami secured great tenant at above list price. He also went on to manage the apartment while we were living on the West Coast.
OVERALL: Rami is a high quality broker. His team ensures that the entire process of listing or buying is smooth and efficient. He is personally engaged throughout and amazingly responsive day or night.

We were first time buyers (condo) in the Hudson County area during the period of 2021-2022. Rami quickly demonstrated that he is a seasoned professional in real estate. He was able to show deep knowledge of both the real estate business as a whole and importantly our buying area of interest. As first time buyers, he showed patience and took time to clearly explain concepts that were new to us, while also doing his best to remain neutral as we considered our options and ultimately made our decision. As a seller, working with Rami was a great experience from the start. He proposed the right asking price during a frenzied housing market, knew the conditions in my area and came up with an excellent plan on how to move forward with the listing. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions promptly and guided me throughout the entire process.
