Randa began her real estate career with a single goal in mind: create an atmosphere that is built from transparency and honesty. After working in the corporate world for 15 years, Randa left her job to embrace a new challenge: being a full-time mother. Surprisingly, raising her two kids (Matthew, 21 and Amanda, 18) has taught her many skills needed in the world of real estate. Both involve a lot of multi-tasking, putting others first, and being reachable at all hours of the day and night. What mom isn’t juggling phone calls with offspring clinging to her hips, tote bags dangling from her shoulders and the family dog’s leash in-hand, while walking down a crowded avenue?
