Randal has been a broker and owner of Los Gatos Properties, Inc. since 1987. His wife, Michelle, have been residents of Los Gatos for over 43 years and hold very strong ties to the place they call home. They are active community volunteers, helping to uphold the beauty and uniqueness of the town and supporting our alma mater, Los Gatos High School.
Randal first became interested in real estate while participating in a workshop in high school. He attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with the intent of becoming a realtor, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Major in Real Estate Finance and Property Management and a second Major in Accounting with a minor in Taxation. In addition to his 30+ years of experience in real estate, his former experience as an enrolled agent enables him to ‘speak tax’ proficiently. Experience and expertise in Real Estate along with a full understanding of real estate financing and taxation allows him to help his clients see the big picture.
His passion and lifelong constant quest for improving his skills and knowledge base and is continually taking classes and seminars. For over 21 years, he has taught classes and seminars in:
Negotiations, Cultural Negotiation Styles and Differences, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Contract Law, Real Estate Loss Mitigation, Real Estate Ethics and Real Estate Trends and Changing Market Strategies – among other subjects. Additionally, he has actively participated in the nation’s most exclusive and Top Real Estate Coaching Program for over 15 years.
Randal truly prides himself on maintaining the highest level of professionalism with a focus on honesty and integrity. His clients consider him as their “trusted advisor” for all real-estate related matters.
