Randi did a great job of handling our long-distance home purchase. We couldn't make a trip from California to Northeast Ohio to check out homes or deal with pre-sale inspection, so she handled it all for us. Some last-minute financial details made the week before closing a bit challenging, and Randi worked with us to help make sure everything came together in the end. From start to end we were impressed with her professionalism and her willingness to step up and make the experience go smoothly.
