Randolph Craun

Prior to becoming full time licensed real estate agent, Randy was the Principal Owner/Founder of several local businesses, including Valley Two-Way Inc., C-Comm Corporation and many others. Randy has also built a strong portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Winchester City area, consisting of several multi-family buildings, shopping centers, hotels, car washes, and flex projects. After years of commercial transactions, his success led him to his career in Commercial Real Estate at Oakcrest Commercial. In addition to real estate, His passion is performing in a rock band and boating in the Chesapeake.

Randy specializes in Commercial and Multi-Family Land Development, leasing both Office and Retail spaces. His background in Commercial Real Estate goes back over 30 years.
