Randolph Earl

Randy Earl was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin. His journey started out at the Minnesota State University – Mankato, where he played defensive line for the Mavericks while pursuing his degree in Law Enforcement. After graduation he had the opportunity to play in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings.

Randy later found his way out to Denver, Colorado and attended his Police Academy. The mountains were calling, and he took his career as a Police Officer to Grand Junction, Colorado where he spent 6 years with the Grand Junction Police Department.

After starting a family, he continued to have a strong desire to help people in the community in a different way. This desire brought him home to the Midwest where he now spends his days helping families and individuals find their first or forever home. He enjoys getting to know the clients he serves and loves seeing the impact that it has on their individual lives when they found that perfect home. Randy Earl proudly serves All clients, in all locations, at all price points and all year long.
