Randy is the best! He meets you where you are and helps you get where you want to be! He is unashamedly devoted to getting people into the property that fits them. It took years of work for him to get us into a home (not him just our situation). He never faltered in his time and dedication to working with us. He never grew tired of our changing wish lists. He was always good about giving the right advice and guidance. He is the best realtor in central Illinois period!

Randy is honest and will have your best interest at heart, even if it means he misses out. He won't do something just to get your money. He simply does what is best for you because it's the right thing to do. I have had many opportunities to be a judge of his character and his heart is good and in the right place. Not only can you trust him but, he knows his stuff! He and his awesome assistant, Caitlynn, will guide you seamlessly through all aspects of the process! If you have the capability to follow his advice for the steps to take to get your house ready to sell, DO IT! He won't steer you wrong! He will let you know if you won't get your money's-worth by doing certain repairs/upgrades, etc. Though sometimes, even then, it'll help you sell faster, and who doesn't want that!? But, he'll be able to guide you well! You will enjoy Randy's wit and charm. Very pleasant to be with.

Randy is great!
He helped my wife and I buy and sell a home. Since then, we have had other family members buy houses using Randy.

We looked for a home for over a year. During that time Randy was never pushy. His desire was for us to find a home that fit our wants and needs. Randy has a construction backgound which is super helpful as you consider purchasing a home. He just sees things a normal person may miss.

Even now, Randy and I chat, and I know if my wife and I ever have a question or if we needed anything, Randy is only a phone call away. Last but not least, Randy's assistant is wonderful to work with. Her professionalism and timeliness is impeccable.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I would encourage you to consider Randy!

You should never under estimate the value of a Realtor. Randy is a great realtor and he made the selling experience painless and ultimately enjoyable. Everything was handled professionally and it allowed me the opportunity to do the things I needed to do to get my own things in order. On the buying side, Randy knows real estate and contracting. There's no one more knowledgeable to help size up a potential purchase. He's also Dave Ramsay certified and will keep your finances in mind while finding you what you're looking for, sometimes even before the house you want hits the market!

On the selling side, Randy is understanding and compassionate. He truly understands the investment a seller has in their home and will help ensure your home is ready to sell for top dollar. Randy uses quality listing content to get you the best results. Our homes have sold within a day or two after being listed.

Randy doesn't stop when you have a home under contract (buying or selling). He'll make sure to cover inspections and everything so you can relax and get ready for your new adventure. He even has a 14 foot moving truck for you to use!

Randy has become a friend over the years. We've upsized and downsized (a couple times each) and he works hard to ensure our needs are met. His service is truly exceptional. Don't pass him up for some gimmick another realtor is advertising; you'll be put into a corner and may end up regretting it.

If you have a home to sell, you MUST contact Randy Aldrich and his team! Wow!! What a wonderful experience! Randy was a joy to work with! The advice for getting my home ready to sell was perfect. The online photos were professionally done and looked great! Randy was ready and willing to sign all the paperwork for the sale on my time schedule, even at night! Closing was a breeze as Randy had everything ready for me ahead of time. He even had a moving truck for me to use for FREE, which came in very handy and saved money for moving! I strongly recommend that you put the sale of your home into Randy Aldrich's hands. He will do a great job for you!
