Randy Casey

Randy is a 30+ year corporate employee with a major employer in the Central Indiana area. Throughout his tenure, he has served in several capacities from IT, Marketing, Manufacturing, Training and Development. For the last 11 years, he has served as the Real Estate Manager for the Asia Pacific region where he manages a multimillion-dollar portfolio. This includes negotiating multimillion dollar real estate purchases, sales and leases of commercial properties. He has the ability to understand customer requirements and deliver the results. He regularly receives feedback that he develops and maintains strong relationships with his customers/clients, vendors and other team players.

Randy began his Residential real estate career over 17 years ago. He incorporates his professional corporate experience and skills into the Residential real estate market. He has a passion for assisting people in their real estate transaction(s) and prides himself on listening to his clients and determining the best plan to achieve a positive outcome. Randy has realized that he has had real estate in his blood since he was a child working with his father in the family owned construction business (residential and commercial) in North Central Indiana.

Randy takes the focus off of himself and puts it on his clients. It’s all about what his clients need, developing a plan, keeping them informed and delivering results.

Randy and his wife along with their son reside in Fishers, Indiana. In his spare time, he loves to travel, swim and spend time with his family and friends.
