From the beginning, Randy has been wonderful to work with. He listened to what we were looking for in a home, and was able to point out things about homes that we might not have thought about otherwise. He has also been very responsive and patient through everything. He has made the process of buying a house much easier in this quite challenging market! I purchased my first home with the help of real estate agent Randy Gonse and I was not disappointed! I didn’t have a large budget and was skeptical in finding the home of my dreams. Randy assured me from day one we would find my dream home and we did! He was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and offered the best guidance. Randy was readily available, even outside of business hours. If he knew he would be unavailable, he made sure someone from his team was available. He worked diligently to make sure I received the best deal possible, and I did! I could not have asked for a better agent than Randy. Randy’s team was just as excellent as he was! It was a pleasure and I look forward to working with Randy in the future! I strongly recommend Randy and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home!

I was referred to Randy by a friend of a friend and I couldn't be happier. He's very responsive with his communications, very eager to show me properties, explain processes, and put my fears of the unknown to rest. Randy has always had my best interest when helping me looking for my 1st home. He was patient with me while I searched never felt pushed to find a home and purchase, rushed or like I was a quota to him. He helped me negotiate great deal under the asking price and even got some amenities thrown in like a home warranty the seller purchased, seller paid all closing costs, and the seller had repairs done I wanted on the property before closing. He's a very personable person and top notch professional a great family man and trust worthy. He keeps in touch with me til this day to see how I'm doing and I consider him a personal friend that I have gained and still sends me informative info about home ownership, repairs and other useful financial information did I mention the countless pies he's left me on my porch to eat haha. I'd recommended him to any of my friends that are in the housing market in the future or if I bought a new home or additional property I would go with Randy with my search. You can't go wrong with Randy he will make sure you have a personal homebuying experience for you next home for you and your family. THE BEST!!!

Randy was the best in helping our family get our dream home! He drove around the whole 757 looking with us and was always available for advice and picking up the phone to get us showing times for houses we were interested in. He prepared us for how the market was and help us a great deal to understand the how to buy a house.

Randy also helped with ideas on what to do to get top value when selling our home. He took the time to get a professional photographer to take beautiful pictures and showed us how to present the home. He gave us all the offer and explain in great detail what was the best offer in his point of view which at the end we were happy we choose the one he suggested. He was professional and great.
