We used Randy during our move to the Indianapolis area from the west coast. We visited the area and had a week to find a new home. Unfortunately, we spent all but the last 2 days of our house hunting trip with another agent at another local company. It was a total disaster. Thankfully, Randy was able to salvage our trip and help us find a home with which we are very happy. Randy understood the sense of urgency associated with our house hunting trip, and he immediately began guiding us through local neighborhoods, offering his knowledge of builders, communities, and other bits of information that helped in our decision making process. We negotiated the purchase of our home long-distance, and we loved the electronic capabilities offered by Randy and Tucker Realty. Our purchase almost fell through on the day of closing, but Randy was able to help us negotiate further with the buyer and as a result we were able to close on time. Randy Hazel has been our Realtor for over 10 years. He has helped us to buy two homes and sell two homes. He is incredibly knowledgeable and personable and was a strong advocate in representing our interests thru the process. We have often referred family and friends to him as well.
