I cannot say enough about Randy Libman and his heroic efforts to find us a home in the Del Mar area. It took over two years and endless patience on his part. His fun personality and professional insights made the process a lot more pleasant than it could have been. We’re from out of state which complicated everything. Randy’s excellent taste, discerning eye for details, and knowledge of the area helped us tremendously as we toured and reviewed properties. I think he knew what we wanted and needed better than we did ourselves. In the end, he found us a beautiful townhome with spectacular views. His help also extended throughout the sales and closing process which was invaluable. He returned phone calls promptly, was on time for showings and just always went the extra mile. Randy is a true professional and pleasure to work with! We couldn’t have done it without him.

Randy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of selling my condo. This was my first experience selling a home and before he stepped in I had no idea what I was going to do and was very stressed about the entire process. Then he came in and took over everything and made it run as smooth as possible. He took care of all the open houses and showings and all I had to do was sit back while he got my home sold for the price that I wanted.
