Randy is by far the best realtor in the DMV. Especially if you’re looking for a multi family building. Also if you’re using a NACA loan, He is hands down the best! He knows the NACA process which is major key when using the NACA loan. You need someone familiar with the process because it can be tedious. I used Randy to purchase a multi family in DC, and he made the process so smooth. NACA can be stressful but Randy was on top of everything. The building that I purchased also already had tenants in it. And he worked to ensure everything was good with TOPA with them. I cannot say enough about just how awesome Randy is and he gets the job done! If you’re looking to buy, go with Randy.

Randy made purchasing my first property a seamless process. He’s Incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and communicative, and overall just very efficient. Many people told me I wouldn’t be able to close on my proposed timeline given I was buying a multi unit, using the NACA program, and doing a rehab loan, but I was able to close with no delays with Randy’s help! He also gave me a lot of great advise regarding homeownership in general and contacts for good contractors and other services. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend!

Amazing amazing amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came to Randy after having lost a few offers with another realtor. My old realtor was fine but I don’t think she had the negotiating skills Randy has. I signed a contract with Randy, saw the house a few days later and we were under contract by the end of the weekend! He was great with communication with me, the sellers agent, and my lender. The home buying process is not easy at all but Randy knew what he was doing and tried to reassure as much as possible along the way. Forever grateful to him! Many blessings!

Purchasing a home was the BIGGEST purchase of my life ! But the process was nothing short of blissful. Purchased my second home with Randy, and it was truly the best experience i’ve had dealing with a realtor. My wife and I began our home search in 2019 due to our expanding family. At the time we were living in a 3 bed room townhouse, and were still weighing our options on moving. Randy was extremely patient with us, and offered sound advice on what would be the best course of action. I especially appreciate this because it showed he truly cared and was not looking to just make a dollar out the deal. We finally decided to purchase our second home in 2020. One phone call to Randy and we were pre approved within a week! Randy was able to connect us with a lender who was able to get us pre approved in order to start looking. Randy was extremely helpful in my first home purchase. As a teacher, he told me about the good neighbor next door program which covered all my down payment and out of pocket costs. I had know knowledge of it until he spoke of it and it saved me spending my whole savings. He is a great agent and he will save you a lot of money in your home purchase.
