Randy is the best!
He is licensed in both Mass and NH which I needed as I was looking in both states.
Every showing we went to, Randy was there when I arrived, never late, never kept we waiting. Did not try to rush me into buying so he could close the deal.
There are two quotes that I think sum up what impressed me about Randy "Jan if we have to, we will look at 100 houses to find what you want" and then when I was getting discouraged that I might not find a property where I could have horses he said, "I really think you should not settle Jan, this is part of your dream and its out there"
When we finally found "the house" (and yes, I can have horses there!) the week before the closing the sellers were being difficult. Randy was there every step of the way and I never felt left out on the cold or abandoned.
I highly recommend Randy to anyone.
