I've had five reputable realtors prior to moving to South Carolina and meeting Randy Odell with RE/MAX. Randy was the best by far. I would choose and recommend Randy over absolutely anybody else in the business. He is prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicates effectively and above all, gets positive results. Randy also surrounds himself with only the best business associates. I completely trusted his referrals (financing consultant, home inspector agency, heat/AC repair company, legal firm) and experienced only affordable, top notch service throughout the entire process. Randy even personally completed a home repair to avoid a delay in the Veteran's Association appraising process! Randy is a wealth of knowledge. Not only does he know the Columbia, Irmo, Chapin and Lexington markets very well, but he's a great resource for finding local contractors and inspectors. Randy is very patient and thorough, but he's never a hard sell Realtor. He allows his clients the time and space they need to make a decision on the house that's best for them. Once that decision is made, then Randy easily walks them through the process so everyone knows what to expect. There are a lot of Realtors in Columbia and surrounding areas, but there aren't many who have the heart and attitude like Randy. He'll be our ONLY choice of Realtors going forward. Dan D.
