Randy Prince

Randy Prince has been in real estate for 20+ years and has lived in Discovery Bay for over 30 years. Before real estate, he started and owned a residential sub-contracting business with over two hundred employees that serviced the entire Bay area. Through the years, he was involved with the Ruby Hill community in Pleasanton and the Blackhawk Community in Danville. He was lucky enough to receive education and vision on how homes are built, the cost associated with building, and how slight changes can enhance a homeowner’s lifestyle and equity in their home. As he began his real estate career, he attached himself to, and represented, the local Discovery Bay builders which included Golden Oaks Construction, Dagle Construction, Ducheney Custom Homes, Turcotte Construction, and Larry Jackson Homes.

Through 2001-2008 Randy was in the top ten producers for home sales in all Contra Costa County. He opened his real estate company in 2005 named R Prince Realtors and as the market slowed, he sold his office to Intero Real Estate and has made their Presidents Circle every year, which is Intero's highest honor.

In 2020, he joined his team in switching to Corcoran Global Living, the premier global brokerage firm. He is so excited about this firm and the benefits it will provide his clients. Their family focus aligns perfectly with his own values. Randy loves what he does and hopes that it shows.
