Randy Schuster and his wife are originally from northwest Indiana. After a few less than smooth real estate transactions, he decided that there must be a real estate process that would facilitate a positive experience while working through one of the largest financial decisions a person will make within his/her lifetime. With this in mind, they relocated to Indian Rocks Beach to not only begin their dream of oceanside living, but to also help others fulfill their dream of living here as well.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Randy worked as a Mechanical Engineer in a CNC manufacturing facility and as an adult education instructor for our local apprenticeship. Randy found tremendous satisfaction with being able to assist people with problem solving. Randy and his wife have three adult children and 3 grandchildren. They enjoy spending time relaxing on the beach and getting involved in our community organizations.
