Randy and Terry were my agents when I was searching for a house to purchase in 2019. Working with them was a very positive experience! They were always pleasant & ready and willing to show me ALL the homes I inquired about. They were also very knowledgeable about each property. After purchase care went beyond what I expected! My husband was searching for a country property for our two dogs and two horses. He drove all over the county chasing every listing that came up on the internet.We stumbled over a home with his sign and contacted him. (I had been in the industry so i didnt want to hurt anyone's feelings so this gave me an out.) He and my husband took it from there. Our home was a bank owned property but Randy promised he would buy it on the county steps if he had to. It did become available and after fighting off a neighbor and outbidding two others we got it!!!

Randy is a top-notch realtor who is very knowledgeable about the business and housing market. As first-time homebuyers, he helped guide us from day one: obtaining a reputable lender, to viewing houses, getting our offer in, and the final steps of closing.
