Raphael was the best. He handled EVERYTHING including house prep, photos, cleaning before showing, and even helped us move out! It was worth every penny and led to a fast sale (~1 month end to end) and the house sold for well over-asking.

Great communication and always available via text or call. Accommodating and punctual with setting up appts to view houses. Plus, if we couldn’t make an inspection he was always there in our place. Very personable and easy to talk to. Always helpful with questions and always found an answer.
