Simply put, Raquel is AMAZING! I worked with Raquel to buy a house during the craziness of the spring '21 housing market while located in another state. Throughout the entire process, Raquel was professional, very responsive and quick to jump on properties I wanted to tour or make an offer on. She clearly explained every step of the process and worked with my budget, location and attribute requirements while helping put together competitive offers I was comfortable with. I will definitely be using Raquel again and recommend her to my friends.

Raquel was amazing; even in a very difficult market for buyers in the area she helped us set up and walk over 40 homes and put in at least a dozen offers until we finally found paydirt! She was responsive and worked with us on Saturdays, Sundays, and even remotely in the evenings on video chats and conference calls. We basically consider her family at this point.

You will not find a more responsive, caring and helpful agent than Raquel. I had been been working with a different agent before Raquel and I felt really pushed and pressured to get into something. Raquel was the complete opposite and actually made the experience fun for me. She brought such good energy and educated me A LOT. I cannot recommend her enough and quite honestly can’t see myself going through another real estate process without her.

My wife and I bought our first home with Raquel and we could not think more highly of her and the process that we went through. From the very beginning she was thoughtful, honest, patient, and knowledgeable. We had a number of questions which she patiently answered and made sure that we fully understood. She always put our needs and interests before her own to make sure that we found the perfect home. Our trust in her grew throughout the process as she worked with other realtors, brokers, and inspectors. Raquel is a fantastic person and a tremendous realtor who will work hard to get you in the best possible situation. You don't get nicknamed the #homebadger for nothing and she more than lives up to the name.

Could not be happier with Raquel! We found her through a friend and we’re looking to move from California to Arizona. We told her what we were looking for in a home. Two weeks later she had multiple houses lined up for us to look at. We flew down and each home fit the description of what we were looking for. Both of my coworkers were able to purchased their dream home and recommended to speak to her about my interest. I don't think I can use enough words to describe how fantastic my experience was with Raquel Casian! Purchasing a home as a first time buyer is intimidating in itself. You hear about the good and bad experiences your friends and family have gone through. You hear how time consuming and draining the experience can be. My purchase from beginning to end took one month...YES! "1" Month! Raquel showed me a house I fell in love with so I gave her the green light to make an offer. The very next day I received an email saying my offer had been accepted and was signing documents. Exactly thirty-four days after that I was closing on my first home and had keys in hand. I can think of one word to describe Raquel's knowledge, availability, professionalism and advise...UNPARALLELED! "Raquel was perfect! When we first met Raquel she took the time to sit down and talk to me and get to know me. I think this really helped her understand what I was looking for and the types of properties to show me. Not just a list of likes and dislikes. She always answered every call or text no matter what time of day or night it was. Raquel is awesome! She explained everything during the process of buying our first home. She was available for all questions and was very patient. Not to mention is so kind and sweet! She takes the time to make sure you are getting what is fair and represents her clients very well.
