I initially crossed paths with Rashad about 4 months ago. At the time, I had no intentions of purchasing a home. However, the more time I spent talking to Rashad, the more he explained how attainable home ownership truly was. As my mind started to entertain the idea of purchasing a home, Rashad transitioned from educator to realtor. Not only did he do the leg work communicating with people daily on my behalf, he also explained the process as it was unfolding. For me, this was key because I was a first time home buyer. Rashad’s ability to break the process down in to little pieces made the task less daunting and also served as a great teaching tool. I couldn’t be happier with what Rashad provided as a realtor, teacher and motivator. I highly recommend Rashad and look forward to a future purchase with him.

Rashad did an awesome job with helping to get my parents to move from NYC to Maryland. He prearranged multiple showings so that whenever they travelled to MD, they were able to see multiple homes during their short visits. He is very awesome when it comes to communication, and is very good in relaying information in a timely manner. He is also very knowledgeable about the real estate market in area. He is very patient and not pushy like other realtors that I’ve worked with in the past.

He is very honest, and didn’t hesitate to caution us possible problems that one may run into. He didn’t just push for my parents to just take any home just so he can get a sale, he worked to ensure that the home they purchased was a good investment and genuinely worked in their best interest.
