Ray has a unique way of making sure all the “I” are dotted and all the “t” are crossed in every deal that he is involved with. His attention to detail is outstanding. Ray’s knowledge of real estate come shining through when you work with him. He is definitely on your side and will do whatever it takes to make sure your deal. . . whether you’re selling or buying, goes through in the most fair way possible.

I have used Ray in both selling my home and purchasing land to build a new home on. On the selling side Ray was thorough in explaining everything I needed to do, how the process would work, what my options were and how to maximize selling price. He sold my home for over asking price in a matter of hours. Ray really is a kind and thoughtful person too. It’s not just about the money side of the transaction. I felt like I had a friend and advocate in the process which is very important to me. His connections are awesome as well. He gave great recommendations of who might be able to help with different items that came up. On the buying side, patience was key. I was needing a very unique property and Ray was able to assist me with that. Again, he got the answers I was needing and wash knowledgable in the process. What he couldn’t answer (rare!) he had contacts in the industry to answer the unique questions I had based on proposed property use. Would I recommend Ray Kokonos? Absolutely!
