Just closed on our new Chelsea Condo! It was a great decision to choose ReisNYC Team of eXp Realty to broker for us! Though he was the broker for the seller, as I entered into the purchase it was a no-brainer choice to hire him as well to represent me,the buyer.From get-go, the feeling I got was I was dealing with a consumate professional. How to get the seller to get to the right numbers; How to get the HOA to respond to your letters; after providing all contact infos, when is it accceptable to follow up, when you are not getting timely answers; even to the proper verbiage to use that would be impactful without being threatening. In the end, though it was a protracted estate transaction, I did not feel the burden, as I was walked thru it by a professional who made you feel every buying experience should be as easy and eventually successful! Go ReisNYC Team!
