This Realtor took care of the business of selling our house. Made the entire operation easy to follow and his recommendations were always correct. When we couldn't get to the property to make sure that our newly plants didn't suffer from the heat and lack of water, he was Johnny on the spot until we located other help. Your can't go wrong with him on your side.

If there is somewhere in the world a more attentive, generous, knowledgeable real estate agent than Raymond Poncé I never met him or her. I think Ray is the best agent you could want for your property acquisition or sale! He's advised us along every step of the way from deciding to sell, disposing of our belongings and clearing the house, referring us to cleaners and repairers, and after we ignored his advice about staging for over a month of no offers accepted his experience and his referral of a stager and in less than two weeks we had two agents competing for our house and got more than the asking price. Hire Ray and if he gives you advice, take it!
