About Raymond
Ray Rose – Broker of Dirt, Deals, and Dang Good Results
If it’s got acreage, cows, commercial zoning, or just a whole lot of potential—I’m your guy. I’m Ray Rose, and for over 25 years I’ve been wheeling and dealing in the wild world of real estate, from the windswept plains of Wyoming to the snowy peaks of Alaska, and now the sunny backroads of Florida.
I cut my teeth with Cowboy Realty in Wyoming, where the cows outnumbered the people and every listing came with a side of barbed wire. Later, I headed north—way north—to become the office manager for the #1 independent real estate sales office in the great state of Alaska. Let’s just say, if you can help people buy and sell properties where daylight is optional and moose are frequent flyers, you can sell anything.
Over the years, I’ve worked every corner of the business: salesperson, Broker/Owner, office manager, and certified chaos tamer. I managed the largest Century 21 franchise in the world (yes, the world), then graduated from the Weichert Academy for Office Management while leading one of their top offices. Along the way, I built sales teams from just 7 folks to 49+ hungry closers in less than two years. And when I say I know how to turn things around—I’ve taken an office from losing $5,000 to making over $150,000 in a single year. (No, I didn’t win the lottery—I just know how to sell and lead.)
Before real estate, I was running the show in the printing industry—managing teams, building customer bases, and keeping operations humming like a well-oiled press. That experience gave me the kind of business instincts and operational discipline you can’t fake—and I bring that same mindset to every property and every client I serve today.
These days, I specialize in the types of properties that need a little more grit and know-how: commercial buildings, farms, ranches, and wide-open acreage. If it can grow hay, house a herd, or host a storefront, I’ve probably sold something like it. I love the land—and I love helping people see what it can become.
I bring a no-nonsense, straight-shooter approach to real estate, with a side of humor and a deep appreciation for the work it takes to buy or sell something meaningful. Whether you're looking to cash out, expand your portfolio, or finally buy that dream ranch—I'll bring the boots, the brains, and the blueprint to get it done.
Let’s talk dirt, deals, and how I can put this hard-earned experience to work for you. Just don’t be surprised if I crack a joke while handing you a closing packet. Real estate’s serious business—but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun getting it done.
