Becky is the Team Leader of The Boan Group, a top producing team within the Allen Tate Company with over $375 MILLION in CLOSED VOLUME. The Boan Group is consistently in the top 1% of the Allen Tate Company's Multi-Million Dollar Producers and Lake Norman area Realtors and services both the greater Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Raleigh areas.

Becky is a licensed Broker and holds her GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). Her expertise in the industry comes from being a lifelong resident of the Lake Norman area as well as having learned under the wing of her mother, Sherrie Boan, also a local to the area since childhood. Becky has been in the business for 20 years, while Sherrie has been in the business for 25 years. Meg, who heads up the Raleigh division of The Boan Group, has 20 years of experience for a combined group experience level of 65 years WORKING FOR YOU!

Becky's position within the group is Team Leader, a position in which she prides herself on giving clients the ultimate in customer service before, during, and after the sale. Holding a Master's degree in Counseling, Becky is exceptional with understanding the needs and wants of her clients, while also adding a personal touch to the real estate transaction.
