Rebecca really opened up my eyes to short term investment properties. She has connections with people who have reports that help analyze the profit potential of the short term market. What I appreciate most about Rebecca is her ability to analyze a handful of good potential properties with conservative hypotheticals based off of comparative real time data especially since I have a busy schedule with work and family and little time to look over the emails that get sent to me. She sent me 7 potential properties. Make sure you give her your feedback as that will help her narrow down what you’re looking for. Don’t just say I don’t like any of these properties. As she pays particular attention to the feedback I give her. Over the next day or so she hands me a shorter list of good properties and bam she found exactly what I was looking for. She was very effective in determining a reasonable offer given that we’re in a buyers market. She managed to get the sellers to accept $30k below ask along with 2.5% price concession.

Rebecca is a very seasoned and savvy real estate agent who has your best interest at heart. Her and her team will go the extra mile to get the video footage so that you can get a visual of what the property looks like. She will give her honest feedback of the property as well as the area potential. Looks for the best return on your investment. She has assembled an incredible A-Team to work with whether it’s a loan officer Ken Taing at Intercap or property management with Leah.

Trust me she will do everything in her power to save you time and money. Give her a try and you’ll be impressed and amazed by what she can do for you.

It's been my true pleasure working with Rebecca as my buying agent - very professional, very responsible, and super considerate.

As a remote buyer, there are numerous things I cannot deal with in person. However Rebecca made the whole buying process super smooth. Lots of communications throughout the process, and she helped me in areas far beyond the responsibilities as a buying agent. She definitely works with customer's best interest in mind :)

Rebecca is a savvy agent who is knowledgeable and possesses a universal contact list for your adventures in real estate. In our case we got a slightly outdated well-cared-for waterfront 1990s Chandler home that was priced about the same as houses in the neighborhood with no view. We got offer in immediately and later secured a modest price concession for various defects. When we had questions about the big investment picture or small details about mortgage process, Rebecca knew the answer. She communicates well with the listing agent and in moments when we needed her, she acted immediately. Her list of contacts, like handymen and mortgage officers, have experience and are there to help. Rebecca has been extremely helpful with finding us our first home together! We met Rebecca through a friend’s referral around mid February. Our decision to buy a home was relatively sudden and as first time homebuyers we really wanted to look for an agent who is sharp and efficient. Rebecca was able to meet with us virtually and took us through the home buying process promptly. She is experienced, bilingual in English and Chinese, and easy to talk to. She understands our needs and respects our budget. Not trying to oversell us at all. Always providing fair and candid opinion. We communicated a lot and she was always patient too. With her expertise and amazing skills we were able to start our escrow in less than a month since our home search! We are now moved to our first home and the dream home, as I’m typing this review sitting at our new dining table.
