Rebecca was the best person I’ve ever worked with in so many ways. She was so easy to communicate with. She was on top of finding listings that always met my criteria. Treated me like family. Rebecca took the time to make sure the properties we visited were clean and making sure the home met our expectations. Making sure even the bathroom was comfortable for us and that we had enough space. She made us feel heard. I couldn’t feel more comfortable with her and I couldn’t have been in better hands. Literally worked day and night to help us. Rebecca is the best and I could not thank her enough for each part of professionalism and courtesy she has shown.

Ms. Hodges was a wonderful representative in assisting my 28 yo son to find a place to rent in NOVA. In fact , she was the one who suggested my son rent a condo instead of an apartment which turned out to be a great alternative. She was very flexible and punctual. She also made it possible to see more than one rental unit which was very helpful in making a decision the same day. I would highly recommend Ms. Hodges as a real estate agent.

I am forever grateful for the help Ms. Rebecca provided to me. Finding a home was extremely stressful on my own, until a friend turned me to her. I want to choose all of the above options. Rebecca is such a nice person and so kind she would go beyond her responsibility and help. She helped me a lot lot while i was moving . She is such a nice and very patient person .She is an awesome person. When I moved in few days ago i had some issues she help me till the problem was solved with same beautiful smile and positiveness. She is carrying and humble . She is so helping and very knowledgeable. She even got some pillows and blankets and even cleaning supplies for me .i have never meet a person like her . Rebecca respects family and culture with her kind heart.Even at some point her husband helped us to solve some issues we were facing . Such a beautiful couple good bless them both. I have so very good experience with this kind couple . I would definitely definitely recommend Rebecca . I recently had to relocate to northern Virginia due to my job requesting work at least three days in-person. I also know how stressful the apartment hunting can be. When I reached out for Rebecca's help, her assistance very insightful as I was searching the area and finding places that would suit my fancy. Eventually, I settled on renting a condominium up in Fairfax, VA which had all the perks and benefits that I was looking for. Rebecca walked through the entire process with me from start to finish including making sure I had all the documentation signed, checked off all things regarding move-in, and making sure the transition into the condominium was smooth with the other parties involved. Progress-oriented, a delight to learn from, goal-oriented, and also relationship-oriented; Rebecca has been a joy to be able to work with and whether looking to rent or own, I would recommend for for your next move!
